Proposals are the mechanisms that run everything. 1. A proposal is made by a participant     2. A time limit is given for voting.  3. If a proposal wins the favor of the vote then its the administrators job to be certain it gets carried out.

Today the word collaboration, is a model for doing things, Like Wikepedi...    To make ideas of this website a functional reality we will first need to find support and participation within the academic, legal, accounting and business community. Then build the framework of  non profit corporation to be the holding company for the assets described in this website.  

To raise capital we would offer initial memberships of equal participation for 20k each.
