I am developing this site and it needs interactivity, I'm not a programmer, could you explain to me how your services can assist this site .
Important To restrict access to a Web site, both of the following
conditions must be met:
You must have access permissions to create a subsite (subsite: A named
subdirectory of a Web site that is also a complete site. A subsite can have
unique administration, authoring, and browsing permissions.) in a Web site.
Your Web site must be hosted on a server that is running the FrontPage Server
Extensions (FrontPage Server Extensions: A set of programs and scripts that
support authoring in FrontPage and extend the functionality of a Web server.)
from Microsoft, SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft, or Microsoft Windows
SharePoint Services.
If the Server option appears dimmed and is unavailable on the Tools menu, it is
likely that your site is not hosted on a server that is running one of these
technologies or products. Contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP) (ISP: A business that provides access to the Internet for such
things as electronic mail, chat rooms, or use of the World Wide Web. Some ISPs
are multinational, offering access in many locations, while others are limited
to a specific region.) to find out more about your access permissions and your
server.
More information In the See Also section, you'll find links to more information
about creating and restricting access to subsites by using the Microsoft
Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager or Microsoft Windows SharePoint
Services.

Restrict access to a Windows SharePoint Services subsite
Overview
When you restrict access to a Web site, that site can be viewed only by the
users whom you specify. FrontPage 2003 can restrict an entire Web site or
subsite, but it cannot restrict individual pages, sections, or folders in a Web
site or subsite.
There are three main steps in the process of setting up a Web site that has
restricted access:
Create a subsite First, you first create a subsite — a Web site that is nested
inside another Web site.
Configure unique permissions Next, you configure the subsite to use unique
permissions.
Grant access Finally, you grant access to the appropriate users.

Use FrontPage 2003 to set permissions to restrict access
Notes
By default, all subsites inherit the permission settings of their parent Web
sites. However, you can change those default settings by specifying unique
permissions for each subsite. Each subsite can have its own set of permissions
that specify who can browse, author, or administer in it. You can set up
individual subsites that have their own unique levels of permissions and groups
of users.
It is also possible to restrict access to a root Web site; however, restricted
access is typically set up only on a subsite that has unique permissions.
Set unique permissions from the root Web site
Open the root Web site that contains the subsite for which you want to set
unique permissions.
On the Tools menu, point to Server, and then click Administration Home.
On the Web site Administration for "Your_Web_Site" page, in the Subwebs section,
click the name of your subsite.
In the Users and Roles section, click Change subweb permissions.
Select Use unique permissions for this Web site, and then click Submit.
To return to the Administration page, click Administration, and then click
Manage Users.
To set unique permissions, do one of the following:
Restrict access to a subsite
Select the check box next to each user name for which you want to restrict
access to the subsite, and then click Remove selected user(s) from all roles.
Grant permission to a subsite
Click Add a User.
In the Add a User dialog box, in the User section, create a new account or add
an existing account.
In the User Role section, click a role for the user you are adding, and then
click Add User.
Repeat steps 7 through 9 for each user to whom you want to grant access
permission to your subsite.
Click Administration to return to the Administration page, and then click Change
anonymous access settings.
On the Change anonymous access settings page, click Off, and then click Submit.

http://Your_Server/Sites/Your_Windows_SharePoint_Services/Your_New_Subsite
Click OK.
In the Specify the location of the new Web site box, type the location of your
Windows SharePoint Services server, with the addition of a subsite folder.
Alternately, you can click Browse, locate the Windows SharePoint Services
