Proposals

I propose developing this project through a nonprofit corporation. The basis of this nonprofit will be the land that is described here. The organization is directed by  27 memberships.   Memberships would cost a fee of  $1,000.,  and then pay monthly dews of $200.oo for ten years. I would keep three of the memberships, which would be without cost this would leave 24 paying members.  For more information on the financial aspects go to the  accounting page  .

As a nonprofit corporation it would be managed by its members. Members could each select from one of the 24 lots and   have the right to build a small cabin.   see PDF of plot of the land  subdivided .

 The goal is to build this sustainable design project, through the collaborative services and methods provided by this website.  As we all know the most sustainable design of all is to leave this land as natural as possible.    

It would be invaluable to have members that would be dedicated to the sustainability aspect of this proposal.
