Is this your place ?-  have a look. Place on web site if it is -
Have the surveyor of the parcels overlay the map with Google earth - it will
help/
the project needs an image to show the character of the place -
What does the architect envision for the style of house?
identify the specimen trees and unique features of the site- ie breezes,
views, creeks, rock outcrops topography etc- - -
the lots seem a bit small - a little cookie cutter - flat
make more interesting- go with the land and trees - I remember there was
some great habitats and eco systems  -----
