Property to be purchased by the sustainable design nonprofit. 

Price     $390k    approximately  37 acres.

Ten year amortization  at 8.5%  would be  $202.00 per month paid by 24 members     

Fifteen year amortization  at 8.5%  would be  $160.00 per month paid by 24 members     

Taxes and administration cost of  $10,000.  per year  would add  $35.00 per month paid by 24 members

An agreement between the members and the corporation would define the permitted use of the land by the membership
