These are the agreements that would create the frame work for a system of checks and balances that would be central to the development of a collaborative management system where all participants would equitably benefit from its business endeavors  

Patente.. license holder

In consideration of a minimum of 50 mil pesos per month for the first year and 100 mil pesos the second year or a sum established by this  collaborative management system .  The license holder will agree to maintain in good order the payment of  legal and tax obligations. 

The relation of the license holder is governed through the lease agreement which would stipulate that the administration and day to day operation of the restaurant is managed by   the "Administrator "  (Jose Torrejon)... that in the event the administrator fails to meet contractual agreement its the prerogative of the landlord (Claudio Avendano)  to hire and contract with new administrator . That in the event the license holder and  lessee (Marcela or Freddy) does not fulfill their responsibilities as license holder ..they will transfer the license and this agreement to a party designated by the land lord (Claudio Avendano).

Administration agreement between license holder  and  Administrator

Administrator  will execute decisions and proposals as designated by this web site and its collaborative management system .  For the first year the rental of the facility shall be 100 pesos monthly...   accounting for costs and expenses the administrator is entitled to all profits beyond that.
